The ‘Big-Four’ may still be the top-four, Derby may be consigned to another season of Championship football, and Alan Curbishley may have guaranteed West Ham mid-table mediocrity, but there is still a lot to play for on the final day. To amp up the drama, all matches kick-off at the same time on Sunday (3pm GMT). For those of you who can’t stand the suspense, Meg is at hand to give one last sneaky peek.
Birmingham v Blackburn
The first of a few ‘must-win’ games today. Birmingham are no slouches in the goal-scoring department, but their inability to defend has been their undoing this season. At the start of this season, all eyes were on Blackburn’s Beni McCarthy to provide the goals, little did we know the impact Roque Santa Cruz was to have on the Lancashire side.
SquadGod fantasy football pick: Roque Santa Cruz
Blackburn win (1-2) – Bet now
Chelsea v Bolton
Much fuss has been made of Wigan giving Man U ‘safe passage’ to the title, but Bolton are in a similar position. The Trotters are safe from the threat of relegation, and after a gruelling season, may well have one-eye on their summer hols. Bolton are not – and may never be, a match for Chelsea, but they will not conceded enough goals to ensure Chelsea the title.
SquadGod fantasy football pick: Nicolas Anelka
Chelsea win (3-0) – Bet now
Derby v Reading
Derby could never be considered king-makers, but as they bow out from the Premier League, they could become Reading’s heart-breakers. The old adage ‘misery loves company’ springs to mind here.
SquadGod fantasy football pick: Kenny Miller
Derby win (1-0) – Bet now
Everton v Newcastle
King Kev is known (and loved) for ranting first, and thinking later. His recent comments about top-four domination will not have been echoed – or appreciated, by his opposite number David Moyes. The Toffees manager almost crashed the party this season, and if the mass exodus at Arsenal is to be believed, may actually do so next time round.
SquadGod fantasy football pick: Joleon Lescott
Everton win (1-0) – Bet now
Middlesbrough v Man City
Boro had a great win against Pompey last week, and will want to finish the season on a high note. City must be somewhat confused with what’s happening to them right now, and I think they’ll be ending their season on a bum note.
SquadGod fantasy football pick: Chris Riggott
Boro win (2-1) – Bet now
Portsmouth v Fulham
For the first time all season, Fulham are masters of their own destiny. A win against Pompey is a tall order for any club, but in light of the fact that Harry Redknapp’s men have an F.A. Cup final on May 17th, there may never be a better time for the Cottagers to visit Fratton Park.
SquadGod fantasy football pick: Jimmy Bullard
Fulham win (1-2) – Bet now
Sunderland v Arsenal
Roy Keane has already wielded the axe this week, releasing four of his squad – with more, sure to follow. Arsene Wenger, on the other hand, has a host of disgruntled first-teamers queuing for the exit. Moral must not be high at Arsenal, and I think Sunderland may be able to capitalize.
SquadGod fantasy football pick: Nyron Nosworthy
Draw (1-1) – Bet now
Tottenham v Liverpool
Can we call this one a Spanish derby? I think a siesta is probably a fairer description. Liverpool’s quality may win out, but I think we’re in for a dull game here.
SquadGod fantasy football pick: Fernando Torres
Draw (1-2) – Bet now
West Ham v Aston Villa
The only reason why West Ham will finish the season in the top half of the table, is because 11th place Spurs are equally dire. Villa have had a great season, and although they’ll probably finish empty-handed, they should finish on a high.
SquadGod fantasy football pick: John Carew
Villa win (1-2) – Bet now
Wigan v Manchester United
Man U will win this – and the title, with or without Wigan’s assistance. They have been the best and most entertaining team all season, and thoroughly deserve to be champions.
SquadGod fantasy football pick: Cristiano Ronaldo
Man U win (0-2) – Bet now
If you think you can do better, pick a result, a scoreline, and who you think will be the SquadGod fantasy pick of that match.

Gods
Cristiano Ronaldo The PFA player of the year kept his team on course for the title with two fine goals and an assist.
Wayne Bridge The Blues defender held off the triple threat of Viduka, Martins, and Owen - pulling off six interceptions, and in the process, keeps Chelsea in with a shout.
Roque Santa Cruz In any other season, this players achievements would not have gone under-the-radar. The man is a goal machine.
Dogs
James McFadden The Birmingham forward failed to make the most of his chances, and picked up a booking. Fulham have now leap-frogged the Blues out of the relegation zone, making McFadden's job all the more difficult.
Nani Nani's first-half sending off may not have affected this matches outcome, but as the title-race is now going down to the wire, his loss will be Chelsea's gain.
Ibrahima Sonko The Royals defender refused to play in a midweek reserve game, and was duly suspended by manager Steve Coppell - not a man you want in a fox-hole with you!

There were plenty of points up for grabs this gameweek – providing you’d filled your squad with Fulham, Reading, and Derby players! Well done to all of you who stuck by Emmanuel Adebayor, the Gunners striker crammed in a second-half hat-trick against Derby on Monday night. His efforts were worth 70 SquadGod fantasy points (105 if you'd nominated him as captain). Other efforts worthy of note were that of sauerkraut Michael Ballack. His two goals were worth 42 SquadGod fantasy points to you, and pulled his team firmly back into the title race.

John Carew The big mans last-gasp goal has kept Villa in the race for a EUFA Cup spot.
Danny Higginbotham The Sunderland defender gave a tireless all-round performance, and weighed in with a valuable goal
Michael Ballack Love him or hate him, the man is a winner. He has put Chelsea firmly back in the title race.
Dogs
Vedran Corluka The Croatian looked lost without Richard Dunne by his side - his actions could spell the end for Sven.
Ryan Giggs The veteran midfielder was completely ineffective in providing lone striker Wayne Rooney with any goal-scoring opportunities.
Liam Ridgewell The Birmingham skipper failed to marshal his defence, and protect their vital two goal lead - yet again.
